These terms govern your use of keysproidm.com and your purchase of licences for the Keyspro IDM program. The website is run and the licences are sold by Almada Alraqmi Electronics Trading L.L.C, registered in Dubai under trade licence no. 941671 ("we", "us"). By using the website or completing a purchase you accept these terms.

1. The program and the licence

  • A purchase gives you a licence to use the program; ownership of the program and its rights stays with us.
  • Each licence activates the program on one computer at a time. You can move it to another computer by deactivating it on the first one, or by writing to us.
  • Licences are sold for 6 months, 1 year or lifetime. The period starts at the code's first activation, not at the date of purchase.
  • Time-limited licences include program updates for their whole period; the lifetime licence does not expire and needs no renewal.

2. Free trial

You can download the program for free and use it with all its features for 30 days before buying. We recommend trying it on your computer before you buy a licence.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown on each product page and on the Pricing page; the final amount and its currency are shown before you confirm the payment.
  • Payment is made online through Stripe, with the cards and methods shown at checkout. We never store your card details.
  • Prices may change from time to time; a change never affects an order already paid.
  • We may cancel an order that turns out to be fraudulent or placed at an obviously wrong price, with a full refund.

4. Delivery

All our products are digital; nothing is shipped. Your activation code is delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed. See the Delivery Policy.

5. Refunds and exchanges

When you can get your money back or exchange a licence is explained in the Refund & Exchange Policy.

6. Acceptable use

When using the program and the website you agree:

  • not to sell or publish your activation code, or use it on more computers than the licence allows;
  • not to crack, modify or reverse engineer the program, or bypass its activation;
  • to download only what you have the right to download: the program is a download tool, and you are responsible for respecting copyright and the terms of the sites you download from;
  • not to use the website in a way that harms it or other users.

We may suspend a licence or an account that breaks these rules, or when a payment is disputed through the bank (chargeback) after the code was delivered.

7. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password secret. You can also buy without an account; the code is then sent to the email address given in the order.

8. Warranty and liability

  • We work to make the program behave as described, and we help you solve activation and operation problems.
  • The program is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee downloads from every website, because some websites block downloads or change how they work.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the program, and in any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

9. Intellectual property

The program, the website, their content and logos are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Open-source tools used by the program (such as yt-dlp and ffmpeg) are covered by their own licences.

10. Privacy

We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and show the date of the last update at the top of this page. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting the rights consumer protection laws in your country give you.
