This page explains what data the keysproidm.com website, the Keyspro IDM app and the “Keyspro IDM Integration” browser extension handle, and why. The data is controlled by Almada Alraqmi Electronics Trading L.L.C, Dubai (trade licence no. 941671).

1. Browser extension (Keyspro IDM Integration)

The extension hands downloads over from your browser to the Keyspro IDM app installed on the same computer.

What it accesses:

  • Download events and the links you choose to download, so they can be sent to the app.
  • Cookies, referrer and user agent for the specific download link only, so the app can download files from sites where you are signed in.
  • Response headers of audio and video requests in your tabs, to list media files you can download from the extension popup.
  • Links on the current page, only when you choose “Download all links”.

Where the data goes: only to the Keyspro IDM app on your own computer (http://127.0.0.1:9614). The extension sends nothing to us or to any other server, collects no analytics, does not track your browsing history, and does not sell or share any data.

Storage: the extension keeps its settings (on/off, file types, minimum size) in the browser's extension storage. Lists of detected media are kept temporarily and cleared when the tab navigates or closes.

2. The app (Keyspro IDM)

  • Downloads: the app connects directly to the sites you download from. We do not see what you download and your files never pass through our servers.
  • Trial and activation: the app sends keysproidm.com a device identifier, which is a one-way hash (SHA-256) that your computer's details cannot be recovered from, together with the app version. When you activate, it also sends the activation code, the computer name and the operating system and its version, so the licence can be tied to your devices and a device can be freed later. This data is used only to manage your licence.
  • Updates: the app checks for a new version on our GitHub releases page.
  • Video tools: when you ask to download videos, the app downloads free open-source tools (yt-dlp, ffmpeg and Deno) from their official pages.
  • The app contains no ads, trackers or usage analytics.

3. Website and store

  • When you create an account or buy, we keep your name, email, mobile number (if given) and order details to deliver your activation code and for customer support.
  • Payments go through Stripe: card details are entered with Stripe directly and we never store them.
  • To protect activation against guessing, we keep a hash of the IP address and the time of failed attempts for a short period.
  • The website uses cookies needed for your session and shopping cart, and Google's advertising cookies described in the next section.

4. Advertising and measurement (Google Ads)

We advertise the program on Google and use the Google tag on this website to learn which ads lead to purchases and to show our ads again to people who visited the website (remarketing). This means:

  • Google may place or read cookies in your browser to measure and personalise ads based on your visit to our website.
  • We send Google the products you viewed or added to the cart and, when you buy, the order number and value.
  • When you buy we also send your email address, mobile number and name to match the purchase with the ad (enhanced conversions); they are hashed one-way (SHA-256) in your browser before they are sent, so Google never receives them in readable form.
  • You can turn off personalised ads in Google's Ad Settings, read how Google uses data on this page, and delete or block cookies in your browser's settings.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with Stripe to complete a payment, with Google for ad measurement as described in section 4, or when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep data

We keep order and invoice data for as long as accounting laws require, licence and device data for the life of the licence, and delete anything else on request.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to remove a device from your licence, or to stop our messages, by contacting us.

8. Contact
