Delivery Policy

All our products are digital: activation licences for the Keyspro IDM program. Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery fee.

When and how you receive your licence

• As soon as the payment is confirmed, your activation code is sent to your email address and shown on the order page in your account.
• In a few cases the bank or the payment gateway reviews a payment; the code then arrives as soon as the review is done, and within 24 hours at the most.
• The program itself is always free to download from the Download page.

Activating the program

1. Download and install the program.
2. Open the program and choose “Activate”.
3. Paste your activation code; the program is activated at once.

The licence period starts at the first activation, not at the date of purchase.

Did not get your code?

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure the email address in your order is correct.
• Write to us from the Contact Us page with your order number and we will send it. If we do not deliver it within 24 hours of your message you are entitled to a full refund, as set out in the Refund & Exchange Policy.
